At ORCA Tech, we stand behind the reliability and quality of our subscription software. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment.

Refund Request Requirements:

• The request must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase transaction date.
• Requests must be submitted via email to info@orcaxtech.com with your account details and transaction receipt.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout within 5-10 business days after approval.

You have full autonomy over your subscription. There are no long-term lock-in contracts or hidden cancellation penalties.

Key Cancellation Details:

• Self-Service: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
• No Future Charges: Once cancelled, automatic billing for any subsequent billing periods is immediately halted.
• Uninterrupted Access: Your access to all platform features, workflows, and data remains active until the expiration date of your current paid billing period.
• Data Retention: Following the conclusion of your billing cycle, your data remains secure should you decide to reactivate your subscription in the future.

ORCA Tech is licensed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing to any plan, you agree that your payment method will be charged on a recurring cycle until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
